The Meijer store located at 3911 W. State Route 22-3 has selected KINGS LOCAL FOOD PANTRY to be their local partner for their 3rd quarter Simply Give campaign. The campaign will run a total of 13 weeks from Sunday, September 29, 2024 through Saturday, December 28, 2024. We are asking for your help to make quarter’s campaign a huge success for Kings Local Food Pantry. There are two ways you can help.
FIRST, when you shop at the Meijer store in Loveland during the campaign, you can purchase $10 Simply Give Donation cards when you go through the checkout line or at the Customer Service desk. The full amount of your donation will in turn be donated to Kings Local Food Pantry in the form of Food Only gift cards which we will be able to use throughout the year to purchase food items for the pantry
Double-Match Days are Saturday, December 14th, 2024 .** For every $10 Simply Give Card purchased on these dates, Meijer will provide an additional contribution of $20, bringing the total to $30 for a single customer purchase. Purchases up to $5,000 across the double match day will be matched by Meijer up to a maximum donation of $10,000 for the campaign.
If you are unable to visit the Loveland Meijer during the campaign, there is a SECOND way you can help. During the campaign, you can send a check of any amount to Kings Local Food Pantry designating your donation to go to the Simply Give Campaign by noting “Simply Give” on the memo line of your check. We will then purchase the Simply Give cards amounting to the total dollars we collect during the duration of the campaign.
*All donations by check received by the pantry prior to Friday, December 6, 2024. designated for the Simply Give campaign, will be used by KLFP to purchase Simply Give cards on Saturday, December 14. 2024 to take advantage of the final Double-Match Day for the quarter.
